What do YOU Get To Do with your days?

I've long kept myself productive and on track by writing a "To Do" list but then a few years ago I decided that life is not about what I think I HAVE to do but about what I GET TO do. It's much easier hopping out of bed in the morning when I have a list of things I GET to do.

That's why I decided to create this list. Buy it once, and print it at home forever! There are 10 total unique images as the background on these which were taken by Yours Truly in beautiful places in California and Florida.

Each day of the week has 4 (my lucky number) slots because I found myself setting way too many objectives for myself. If you need more than 4, no worries- there's a whole bunch of extra slots in the Notes section for you.

I added a water check list to this as well. I am a former Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutritional Consultant and Master's of Nutrition and Integrative Health student. And if I have learned anything about the essentials of health and disease over the years it is that HYDRATION is high priority for EVERYONE.
